突如として聞こえた音に反応し、脳裏に表象が浮かぶことがある。意図して得られぬ、かつ瞬時に消えゆく像を潜在的な印象と捉え、自己の内世界に切り込んでいく好奇心から始まった。朝起きて脳が完全に目覚めぬうちに音を聴いて、浮かび上がる像から素材感と構造を捉え、立体に立ち上げていった。2016年に始まり、一日一つずつ作り計1,000を超え、2019年まで続いた。
Sometimes image appears in his mind in response to a sudden sound. Like sculpture of the light, which cannot be intentionally drawn, gives an impression beyond imagination, and disappears instantly. Someday, he wishes to hold on to that impression, and he builds it up into a three-dimensional object by listening to the sound. Since 2016, he has made one piece a day, exceeding 1,000, and continuing until 2019. Since then, he intermittently do this when the urge strikes him.
